Before launching my advisory practice, I served as CEO, COO, and board advisor in fintech, consulting, and enterprise technology. I have led transformations, scaled teams, built and restructured sales organizations, and delivered strong results in dynamic, high-growth environments.
I have worked with publicly traded, private equity-backed, and founder-led companies. I led an investment process that secured a nine-figure contract, prepared a company for a potential public offering through an S-1 filing, and turned around business units delivering IT consulting, SaaS, and software development solutions to Fortune 100 clients.
My experience spans operational strategy, high-stakes project management, and advising executives on operations, execution, key initiatives, and capital strategy, always with a focus on results and forward momentum.
What I Do
Today, I advise companies across industries, often during pivotal moments where clarity and execution matter most. I step into complex situations and work alongside leaders as an independent advisor, interim operator, or project partner, depending on what’s needed. I focus directly on what matters most, whether designing a go-forward plan, managing a special project, building a revenue infrastructure, or helping a leadership team navigate change, usually in a fractional or advisory capacity.
