I have worked with publicly traded, private equity-backed, and founder-led companies. I led an investment process that secured a nine-figure contract, prepared a company for a potential public offering through an S-1 filing, and turned around business units delivering IT consulting, SaaS, and software development solutions to Fortune 100 clients.
My experience spans operational strategy, high-stakes change initiatives, and capital advisory, always with a focus on results and forward momentum.
