I advise companies on capital structure and lead the execution of financing solutions. This includes evaluating debt and equity options, structuring transactions, managing lender and investor processes, and driving capital raises to close.
Enterprise Sales and Go-to-Market
I help companies build or optimize complex sales organizations. This includes structuring sales functions, realigning teams, designing compensation and processes, and developing go-to-market playbooks that align sales, product, and marketing to drive revenue.
Leadership and Executive Advisory
I support business leaders in making sound decisions when the stakes are high and time is short. This includes pressure-testing direction, evaluating tradeoffs, and aligning teams around what matters most. My focus is always on clarity, structure, and forward motion.
Special Projects
Some engagements do not have a clear owner or a predictable path. That is where I come in. From launch planning to post-merger integration, I lead critical work that falls outside the org chart but inside your top priorities.
Interim and Fractional Leadership
I serve as an embedded executive on an interim or fractional basis to provide structure, continuity, and momentum. This often includes managing leadership transitions, standing up new functions, or leading high-stakes engagements. I stay close to the work and integrate quickly with existing teams.
Remote and On Site
I work with clients both remotely and on-site, with on-site engagements primarily focused on the Eastern United States.
