My name is Michael Marrache. Before launching my advisory practice, I served as CEO, COO, and board advisor across fintech, consulting, and enterprise technology. I’ve led transformations, scaled teams, and delivered strong results in complex, high-growth environments.
I’ve worked with publicly traded, private equity-backed, and founder-led companies. I led an investment process that secured a nine-figure contract. I prepared a company for a potential public offering through an S-1 filing. I turned around business units delivering IT consulting, SaaS, and software development solutions to Fortune 100 clients.
My experience spans operational strategy, high-stakes project management, and advising executive stakeholders on operations, execution, key initiatives, or capital strategy, always with a focus on delivering results and driving momentum.
What I Do
Today, I advise companies across industries, often during inflection points, where clarity and execution matter most. I step into complex situations and support key stakeholders as an independent advisor, interim operator, or project partner, depending on what’s needed. I work directly on what matters most, whether it’s designing a go-forward plan, managing a special project, or helping a leadership team navigate change, typically in a fractional or advisory capacity.
While every challenge is different, I approach each engagement with focus, discretion, and a bias for action and results.

My clients include company leaders, operating executives, and institutional investors, often during critical moments such as restructurings, capital raises, or post-deal execution. I’m usually brought in when the work matters, but doesn’t clearly belong to anyone else.
